I’m Beth, creator of the Decadent Dragon Bakery. I created this blog to share my passion for food and the food industry. This blog chronicles my journey in the world of baking. My favorite recipes, kitchen disasters and important industry news I come across, they all eventually end up here on my blog.

I’m a firm believer in the power of good food. Flavorful, locally-sourced, unique food experiences bring people together. That’s the business I want to be in!

    please, can i double this flourless chocolate cake and bake in 12″ or 14″ pan? this will be one of three different cakes for a friends wedding. this wedding happens on this coming saturday. sept. 7th. thank you, anne marie
